Cancelling Your Subscription

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your account settings page on our website. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider offering a refund, credit, or other consideration in certain exceptional circumstances, such as a proven technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service.
